Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC. Parts Return Policy
Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC. has a parts return policy that is both fair to the Customer and Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC.
Large returns and non-returnable items represent considerable expense that cannot be recovered. Even small returns incur cost. Please work with us when placing orders to keep returns to a minimum, by always providing the model, serial number, and arrangement number of the equipment you are ordering parts for. Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC. requests prior to any return of parts that contact is made with your parts person for approval. Original invoice of purchase must accompany all acceptable returned parts.
Items not acceptable for return are:
Parts designated NON-Returnable by Link Belt Cranes or AGCO.
- Items cut from a bulk length of supply, rusty, superseded or discontinued items, items that are sold in pack quantities, or items we determine to be in non-resalable condition.
- Parts that were not purchased through Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC.
- Any line item (part) that is denoted on an invoice or packing slip with an “N”
- General “House Cleaning” Type Returns
- Parts that were invoiced past more than 30 days.
- Any electrical / electronic item, component or kit that has been opened, taken out of the original packaging or that had been installed.
Link Belt Cranes, AGCO Parts, acceptable for return:
All Returnable parts MUST be in the original packaging in a resalable condition. All freight/shipping and handling fee charges are non-refundable.
Current items from Atlantic & Southern Equipment stock
- Returned within 10 days of invoice date – Full Credit
- Returned after 10 days of invoice date – 25% restocking charge
Non-Stock / Returnable Parts
- Returned within 10 days of invoice date – 25% restocking charge
- Returned after 10 days of invoice date – 35% restocking charge
- Return freight charges will be charged to the customer
Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC. Errors
Atlantic & Southern Equipment will credit the amount for charges on parts issued in error. Parts must be protected by the customer and returned in new re-salable condition within 10 days of receipt to qualify for credit. Past the 10 day return limit, the same restocking charges will apply as if they were Link Belt Cranes or AGCO parts which is listed as an acceptable return.
Other Supplier Parts sold by Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC.
Non-Link Belt Crane or AGCO parts purchased from us will be accepted only if our supplier accepts parts returns from us. Return freight and handling charge will be deducted from any credit issued. The same restocking charges will apply as if they were Link Belt Crane or AGCO parts listed above.
Returned parts found unacceptable by us will be held for thirty (30) days after customer notification. Disposition of items not picked up, will be at our choice.
Atlantic & Southern Equipment, LLC. reserves the right to change all, or any of this policy without notice.
